The result from eight months of work has finally reached the world. I’m happy to present – The CRO Course: Win on Mobile.
Me and my Google colleagues regularly do audits of clients’ mobile sites, to give suggestions about alterations that might increase conversions – a topic of great importance as the shift to mobile devices with low conversion rates is one of the biggest challenges for companies today. In the course, I combine those suggestions with the process of conversion rate optimization, to both show how to do research and to get inspired by best practices. So, this is how you use the course:
- Show episode 1-4 to your stakeholders so that they understand why it’s business crucial to have a great mobile site.
- Then gather the web team (designers, e-commerce managers, UX:ers) and go through episode 5-13 and do the exercises in each episode plus test the A/B testing suggestions.
- And finally, show episode 14 to your developers and use episode 2 to make sure that stakeholders give them resources to fix speed.
